Another of the latest mobile phone that comes with touch screen, is output from the latest mobile phone vendor Samsung. 
Samsung GalaxyY CDMA aimed at young people and students are showing a variety of features and specifications are similar to the Galaxy Y GSM version. 

The phone is equipped with 3.1-inch QVGA screen is running Gingerbread Android 2.3 operating system and equipped with powerful cameras.  

While that set it apart from the GSM version is the processor speed is lowered to 600 MHz Snapdragon, a processor of 800 MHz GSM Y Galaxy.
