Samsung plans to Offer ICS 4.0 for Galaxy S - Galaxy Tab after Customer Demand

After one of the biggest online revolt against Korean Giant Samsung Electronics by its consumers after announcing straightaway that it won’t be coming out with ICS Android 4.0 for its 1st Generation Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab line up, now it seems like Samsung had to bow down to the reaction of its customers. Samsung today announced that it will be going to review its decision for not rolling out ICS for Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab which clearly suggests that Samsung Electronics will soon be going to unveil the ICS Android 4.0 version.(marsiz)

This decision comes after so many forums reported that when unofficial ICS Android 4.0 builds are taking rounds for its 1st generation line up of Samsung Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S then why can’t Samsung can optimize for the same. Some of the leading forums also kicked off an online petition request which was supported by users in a huge number and in turn has really shaken Samsung and is now forced to review its decision.

We just hope that this “Review” will soon be converted into a speedy roll out of ICS Android 4.0 for its 1st generation Galaxy devices which includes Galaxy Tab and Galaxy S. Do, share with us your reaction and thoughts on this as it will further help us and to you as we will be passing this feedback to Samsung.
